Cartis Group Launches New Brand for United Heritage
On Monday, March 28, United Heritage Credit Union unveiled its new website. The website is the first public glimpse at United Heritage's new brand image. The rebranding included all marketing materials. Visitors to the site will find improvements in United Heritage product and service offerings such as free Web BillPay, easier access to online banking and Life Event brochures. The site also features promotions, member comments and access to the latest United Heritage news.
The website was created as a joint project by Cartis Group and White Lion, an Austin-based Web development agency. The team set out five months ago to create a site with increased functionality and navigability. And, their efforts seemed to have been noticed.
"The first week of the rebrand launch proved a great success. Many members and staff exclaimed at the new website and its amazing improvement in usability and features. We are very proud of the end result and the changes that have resulted from this rebrand," noted Jenny Laudadio, Marketing Director for United Heritage Credit Union.
The website is an essential part of an eight-month rebranding initiative for United Heritage. The branding campaign focus will continue with the creation and publication of additional Life Event brochures and Spanish Life Event brochures for United Heritage's Spanish-speaking members.
